Multi-Package Discount

When you purchase two caskets or grave sites at the same time, receive 10% off your total. When you purchase three packages at the same time, receive 15% off your total, and when you purchase four packages at the same time, receive 20% off your total. Also, when you purchase any single package at Bay Area Burial Property & Cremation, you will receive 10% off any other package you purchase within the next 12 months.

When you pay for any Premium Services package up front, receive 5% off your total purchase price.

Financing

Two or Three-payment Options

With any contract, you may select to make two or three paynments. Paying one-half of the purchase price initally and the remainder within 6 months. If the contract is more than $4000, then you are entitle to 4 equal payments with a 18 month period.

Bay Area Burial & Cremation Financing considers factors other than your credit score. Therefore we approve clients that may be turned down for credit elsewhere.

Promotional Period is 4-24 months, depending on the total purchase amount, as below.
